Though often Abby finds that the disks have been wiped clean or are corrupted and unreadable, these disks have been deemed worthy -- and so long as we have a way to retrieve the information from them, they are safe on the shelves. Isn't it amazing how quickly technology changes? And what that means for preserving history?
